Station 23 is made up of volunteer personnel. The volunteers that operate out of this stations are part of the Traditional Volunteer Program and supervised by a Volunteer Captain (vacant at this time) and a Response Group II (Station 23 & 25) Volunteer Group Supervisor (Scott Neves).
