Finance Our Finance Team consists of the Assistant Chief Alan Headley and District Secretary Laura Bouchard. This team is responsible for reviewing the expenditure and revenue reports on a monthly basis and comparing it to historical reports to ensure that the budget is not exceeded, and to ensure revenue is coming in as expected, preparation of the next year's budget, ensuring that all billing is submitted and tracked to ensure timely and full payment and preparing monthly overtime reports. When an EMZ (Emergency Management Zone) activation occurs, the Finance Section tracks all personnel and their hours, equipment and all costs incurred in the incident. |
