Organizational Action Plan (OAP)

The purpose of this document is to provide a framework for our goals and objectives, which make up the Organizational Action Plan. This Plan is consistent with our Long Range Planning Process. The basis for development utilizes the National Incident Management System (NIMS) as the tool to organize the activities and provide a common structure to ensure completion of our organization's mission objectives.
